Even so, protection is still needed, especially for older people, who are at greater risk of being infected. CDC recommends every person 2 years and older to wear masks in public. Masks can help people protect themselves when venturing out. On April 2<sup>nd <\/sup>\u00a02021, the U.S.-China Environmental Education Foundation (UCEEF), a 501 (c) (3) Corporation whose headquarters is located in New Jersey, donated 1,600 ASTM Level 2 surgical face masks to the Caring for Life Medical Adult Day Care Center.
